Jonathan Hamilton House, also known as Hamilton House, is a historic house in South Berwick, Maine. It overlooks the Salmon Falls River, the border between S. Berwick and Rollinsford, New Hampshire.

It was the setting of The Tory Lover, a historical romance novel by Sarah Orne Jewett.[3] Jewett was involved in the preservation of the Hamilton House. The garden is in the Colonial Revival style.[4]

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1970.[2][5]

It is located at 40 Vaughan's Lane, at Old South Rd., in Berwick.
